Chantal Martineau: Homemade pizza according to Mark Bello’s Pizza a Casa recipe.

Jesse Hirsch*: For breakfast, two thin slices of pizza topped with pepperoni, onion ,and basil, from Patsy’s on the Upper East Side (1312 Second Avenue, 212-639-1000).

*Jesse Hirsch will be playing the role of Sarah DiGregorio while she’s on vacation.
