Back for a return engagement after an extended sold-out run this spring, Donald Margulies’s Tony-nominated drama Time Stands Still looks at the impact the recent wars have had on the journalists who cover them. When photojournalist Sarah (Laura Linney) is wounded in Iraq and has to come home, she finds herself in a different kind of battle with her partner, Jamie (Brian d’Arcy James), a news reporter who has lost his passion for his work. Eric Bogosian stars as Sarah’s ex-lover and former mentor, and Christina Ricci, replacing Alicia Silverstone and making her Broadway debut, plays his much younger girlfriend.
