Will Chinatown’s Big Wong make the cut?
In July, 2009 we inaugurated the “10 Best” feature by putting up Our 10 Best Chinese Restaurants. But there have been big changes on the Chinese restaurant scene since then. The cuisines of northeastern China, for example, have flooded Flushing, introducing dozens of dishes we’d never seen before. Some familiar Chinese restaurants have improved, while others have sadly declined, but the general quality level of New York’s Chinese restaurants have risen.
