Victory Beer Dinner

In honor of NYC Craft Beer Week, Colicchio & Sons will host a beery pairing dinner with Downingtown, Pennsylvania-based Victory Brewing Company as the guest of honor. The $75 five-course meal will feature pastrami-cured sturgeon with American caviar and rye bread sauce paired with Victory Prima Pilsner, and roasted and braised suckling pig with oven-roasted figs and Stumptown pork jus paired with Victory Storm King Stout.

Adam Gopnik on Bouillabaisse
Tuesday, September 28 at 6:30 p.m.

The 17th annual Fall Dinner Series starts with a discussion on bouillabaisse led by the New Yorker‘s Adam Gopnik. The Southern French dish is besieged by myths and debates about authenticity. Along with the conversation, bowls of the seafood stew will circulate, with platters of shellfish, fish, fennel, toast, and rouille for $105 per person.

Wednesday, September 29 at 6:30 p.m.

Hill Country is celebrating NYC Craft Beer Week with a special $60 four-course dinner sponsored by Abita Brewing Co. Brewmaster Mark Wilson and chef Charles Grund will each discuss the food and beer pairings, such as Tex-Mex taquitos with smoked brisket, queso fresco, and avocado crème paired with Abita’s Restoration Pale Ale; and Smoked Pork Belly with spicy slaw, chipotle, and greens served with the Amber Brew.
