Employees Only Keeps on Spreading the (Slurred) Word with New Cocktail Class & Book

The team at Employees Only, led by Dushan Zaric and Jason Kosmas, has been busy of late. They’ve announced a new bartending class, as well as a new cocktail recipe book.

The class is a $1500 intensive on mixology basics for those hoping to graduate to professional bartending. Bar Academia, as they’re calling it, is made up of three course levels, each one 50 hours long and spread over a month.

The book, Speakeasy: The Employees Only Guide to Classic Cocktails Reimagined, is authored by Zaric and Kosmas, and features, as the title implies, modern twists on classic drinks. It comes out October 12.

Earlier this year, the EO crew launched a branded line of drink mixers. And then, of course, there was that whole business of branding themselves.
