Boqueria, which has been executive-chef-less since the departure of Seamus Mullen this past summer, will now be helmed by Marc Vidal, according to a press release distributed by the restaurant’s publicist. Vidal is a Spaniard who who worked at El Bulli, L’Arpege, and Alain Ducasse before being named head chef at Solea in the W South Beach. We’ll look for Vidal to put his own fingerprint on the menu at the two Boqueria restaurants.
