In its November issue, Food & Wine is providing yet more reading material for the numerically fixated with its “40 Thinkers 40 & Under” list.
Eater National has gotten its hot little hands on the list, which abounds with activists, new-media types, artisanal impresarios, wine and spirits entrepreneurs, and housewares mavens.
It includes more than a few local names: Midtown Lunch founder Zach Brooks, Eataly vegetable butcher Jennifer Rubell, Tasting Table‘s Geoff Bartakovics and Nick Fauchald, food Takedown king Matt Timms, Roberta’s Brandon Hoy and Chris Parachini, and cookbook author/Food52 co-founder Amanda Hesser.
