Even the best relationships have their ups and downs, which can be heightened at this time of year while arguing over whether to dress in some clever couple’s costume for Halloween (doctor and nurse, Sasha and Malia) or to go it alone. Sherry, the confrontational Southern creation of performance artist Ann Liv Young, can help. Tonight, she hosts a group session of “Couples Therapy” in a private home in Williamsburg. Come in pairs and speak up about the deep, dark, intimacies of your relationship in front of the crowd; Sherry will take the reins from there. We’d think receiving therapy from such an aggressive spitfire might be traumatic, but Young’s camp promises she’ll fix your problems—or at least tear you a new one if your costume sucks. Singles also welcome.
