Tom Colicchio’s “Tom: Tuesday Dinner” usually makes its home at Craft, but on Monday, November 8, it will migrate across town to Colicchio & Sons. Colicchio will serve a five-course dinner that takes his recent trip to South Australia as its inspiration — expect a lot of South Australian wine to be paired with ingredients like Wagyu, King George whiting, and marron, a species of crayfish.
