Here’s some encouraging news for those who, like us, are hopelessly addicted to Sorella’s grissini: The Piedmontese restaurant is opening a bakery next door to its Allen Street location. Bowery Boogie got word from Sorella co-owner and chef Emma Hearst that the bakery, called Stellina, will be opening sometime in November or December. In addition to the aforementioned grissini, the menu will include milkshakes, sandwiches, salads, and gelato, which will also be available by delivery until 1 a.m.
