Saltie’s Caroline Fidanza Is Working on a Cookbook

Since it opened last fall, Saltie‘s renown has assumed dimensions inversely proportional to the restaurant’s diminutive size. And the publishing world has taken note: Publishers Marketplace has announced that Caroline Fidanza, one of the sandwich shop/bakery’s three founders, has secured a deal to write Saltie: 75 Recipes for Sandwiches, Salads, and Soups, Sweet and Savory Treats, and More. Given how partial we are to the seven recipes that comprise Fidanza’s sandwich menu, we’ll look forward to seeing the other 68.
