Matthew Tilden Relaunches D.O.U.G.H. Campaign with Help from Food Curated

Matthew Tilden announced his D.O.U.G.H. campaign on Kickstarter to raise funds for his Bed-Stuy bakery this past summer. At the time, he was hoping to raise $25,000 by September 2 for essentials like “tables, ventilation system for wood burning oven, bread cooling racks, pastry tools, refrigeration, and especially a great set of wheels to get our stuff to those who want it.” Now, he says, all he needs is $10 from 700 people to make it happen.

Liza deGuia, the food documentarian whose short videos can be be viewed at, lent her support to the baker by shooting this public-service announcement for him.
