“He may be the only person in the business with hair more shocking than mine,” Conan O’Brien told The New York Times earlier this year when asked how he came to choose Reggie Watts as the opening act on his Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour. The indie comedian/musician, who does indeed have the best hair we’ve ever seen (a lopsided afro that meets with a bushy beard any lumberjack would envy), does a unique stream-of-consciousness style of comedy that blends original songs (assisted by a looping machine), skits, and stand-up without missing a beat (check out his Comedy Central album Why $#!+ So Crazy?). Tonight, he headlines the Highline Ballroom; prepare to be amazed.
