Less than a week into the new year, and there’s already reason to rejoice: A little more than a month after hitting the streets, Taïm Mobile has added the sabich to its menu. The news comes courtesy of chow.com‘s Alex Van Buren, and was confirmed by a call to the restaurant. And although Mimi Sheraton might have no clue about where the hell to eat it, that certainly won’t stop fans of fried eggplant from lining up in the cold.
