‘Big Booty Hoes’

by

2010 was the year juke broke, partially because British IDM label Planet Mu signed Chicago artists DJ Roc, DJ Rashad, and DJ Nate. However, along with its older and dirtier cousins–booty house, ghetto-tech and Miami bass–juke still doesn’t get a lot of play in NYC. Thankfully, some techno and house locals are willing to get freaky and thrown on a full range of ghetto house in all its raunchy glory; tonight, you’ll know them as DJ Sabooty, Da Love Muscle, DJ Bootier, Lil’ Cam, and DJ Ferock.
