Murder, Murder, Murder, Drunk Driving


Assorted tragedies and screw-ups:

• An 18-year-old black man was found dead in the wee hours Sunday at West 136th Street and Lenox Avenue in Harlem. Cops found him at 3:10 a.m., shot “in his torso,” as they put it. He was DOA at Harlem Hospital. Cops haven’t released his name, and no one’s been arrested

Other bad stuff on the jump.

•The NYPD said Sunday that cops have arrested 48-year-old Sidney Benson in the December 29 murder of Tyesha Benson, 37, who was found dead in her bedroom at 847 Bruckner Boulevard in the Bronx. Cops say she had suffered head trauma.

• Adionis Santana, a 16-year-old Latino kid who lived at 711 West 190th Street, was found fatally stabbed and beaten at 12:45 a.m. Sunday near West 186th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights. He was DOA at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. No arrests have been made.

• Clyde Sears, 50, who works for the NYC Parks Department, was arrested at 10 p.m. Friday in East Harlem after a minor vehicle accident. He was charged with DWI.
