The dish pictured was in fact the cold-water shrimp sandwich with dill dressing and a dollop of caviar (not the good stuff, but the OK stuff), which runs for $13 on the lunch and brunch menu of the Scandinavian mini-chain Smörgås Chef, although we had it at the one in the West Village. The shrimp are sweet and not overly loaded with dill, and served with a tangy potato salad.
