Following his team’s win on Top Chef‘s Restaurant Wars episode earlier this week, Dale Talde has unveiled his plans to bring his Bodega pop-up concept to the citizenry of New York.
Per Eater, the Buddakan chef will open his restaurant in a warehouse space on — surprise! — the Bowery. Like the other pop-ups sprouting around the city (see: Fatty Johnson’s, What Happens When) its lifespan will be brief, but possibly longer than the average Top Chef viewer’s attention span.
