In six short days, February will begin, which means that City Bakery’s annual hot chocolate festival will, too. For the 19th year in a row, Maury Rubin and his crew will be serving a different flavor every day of the month, making February thankfully seem shorter than it actually is. The calendar of flavors is already up and displaying new creations like spicy fig and What Would Faulkner Drink? The answer to that question, of course, will most likely be found in a flask.
