Chop Chop Carnage Stew, A Fine Delicacy in Sweden

It’s the end of the day and dinner time’s looming. But what to make? How about chop chop carnage stew, a fine concoction of meat, potatoes, eggs, and other assorted ingredients (plus snow — which New York now has plenty of)?

The YouTube video doesn’t have clear instructions, and not knowing Swedish doesn’t help, but from the looks of it, it seems pretty improvisational, as long as there’s a lot of yelling and hacking of ingredients involved. In fact, the technique for cutting the potatoes is real genius — why slice when you can just throw them at the knife?
