Beginning today, the restaurant will serve a rotating roster of special flavors in addition to their slavishly adored blueberry and banana-walnut varieties. They’re kicking off the festivities with blackberry pancakes with lemon curd, blackberry syrup, and maple butter, and will subsequently feature flavors such as crunchy banana, chocolate chunk, and Japanese pumpkin. In other words, expect even longer lines than usual, no matter what’s coming down from the sky.
