Diego, the Mexican restaurant in Carroll Gardens that Ivy Stark of Dos Caminos was rumored to be involved in — which, per Grub Street, she proceeded to deny — is opening this Sunday for dinner service.
Abigail Gullo, who can be found behind the bar at Fort Defiance, designed the cocktail menu for the restaurant, which will feature tequila and mezcal drinks only. Per an image in the window, the food menu will include ceviches, tacos, and enchiladas, and a few larger main courses. Lunch hours are expected to be added in two weeks.
