Lindstrom really gets around. Maybe it’s just his knack for elevating gigs–for allowing the electric, juicy vigor that melts out of his veins, through the jury-rigged pile of blinking things splayed out before him on a lowly conference table and through the monitors, to suggest some kind of freedom. Or maybe he’s just doing a lot of shows now because his recent collaboration with vocalist Christabelle is one of his strongest works and easily his most accessible. Either way, Santos is an appropriately gritty venue for an electronic artist who doesn’t get down with that genre’s preference for indifference. Dude makes it happen on the streets and the dance floor.
