Have you ever watched someone make a giant, bubbling pot of organic soda syrup? Neither had we, until we watched Food Curated‘s latest project, a profile of Brooklyn’s P&H Soda. Its owner, Anton Nocito, makes his soda in Greenpoint and is “absolutely positive there’s going to be a renaissance in soda fountains” at some point in the near future. He’s planning to do his part by possibly expanding his company into a restaurant concept, but, in the meantime, it’s fun and oddly hypnotic to watch him siphon hibiscus syrup into bottle after bottle.
