Before Nick Suarez and Theo Peck take their show on the road, they’ll raise a glass — or a few hundred — to the Food Experiment’s upcoming national tour with the Brooklyn Booze Experiment.
On Sunday, March 6, at the Bell House, home cooks will do their best to encourage edible inebriation (full disclosure: one-fifth of Fork in the Road will most likely be among them) with creations spanning the sweet-savory spectrum. Fortunately for matters of flavor and DOH regulations, the event’s organizers are instructing participants not to express themselves by making their own booze.
