For slightly less of a splurge, this tequila-and-barbecue dinner will feature agave-based spirits from the Corralejo Distillery paired with a three-course meal for $65. The menu includes Tex-Mex taquitos with smoked brisket, queso fresco, and avocado crème; smoked chicken wings with spicy slaw, agave, and guajillo chili; and pit-smoked ham.
