Grimes+Doldrums

After a year of calypso gold, Montreal solo artist Grimes will usher in 2011’s newest influence: lo-fi Enya. Her soaring monosyllabic utterings are matched by a dreamy palette of Eastern influences and glitchy beats–hearts are captured with one bounce of her token Troll-hair updo.
