Chantal Martineau: Homemade pizza, according to the Pizza a Casa recipe, topped with thinly sliced red potatoes, garlic, herbs, and fresh mozzarella.

Robert Sietsema: BibiM Wells — Korean bibimbap with shrimp, razor clams, and foie gras — at M. Wells (21-17 49th Avenue, Queens, 718-425-6917).

Victoria Bekiempis: Copious amounts of orange soda (a/k/a nectar of the gods).
