Fork in the Road readers seem to love their xiao long bao (a/k/a soup dumplings) as much as Fork in the Road writers do. And for good reason: Xiao long bao (often written on menus as “steamed pork buns”) are, quite possibly, one of the world’s finest foods, with rich porky broth and a filling encased in soft, just-toothsome-enough dough.
