That “Baby Gaga” breast-milk ice cream that some enterprising London restaurant started peddling last month? It turns out that those with gag reflexes aren’t the only ones who disapprove.
The New York Post reports that Lady Gaga is suing the restaurant, called the Icreamists, for trademark infringement. Her lawyers have demanded the establishment stop selling the product or change its name, and have called the ice cream, which is served by waitresses dressed like the pop star, “deliberately provocative and, to many people, nausea-inducing.” Given that the same statement could also apply to the singer herself, trademark infringement seems like a fairly reasonable charge.
