This is New York University giving back to the community, or something. On the 12th floor of Bobst Library at NYU, two red-tailed hawks have set up a nest on the ledge, just outside university president John Sexton’s office. The New York Times blog City Room has set up a live video stream where you can watch Violet, the mother, named for the school’s official color and mascot, keep the eggs warm and occasionally roll them over. Bobby, the father, stops by sometimes. Take a look before Sexton raises the price of admission.
