The Royal Wedding PEZ Dispenser Is Our Ultimate Royal Wedding Gift

The royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton is on Friday, April 29, and we’ve finally found the one piece of royal wedding merchandise that our heart truly desires. We’ve already bought the royal wedding garden gnomes and William and Kate teabags. And we’ve had five royal wedding cocktails, so now we’re ready to buy the ultimate royal wedding gift — the royal wedding PEZ dispenser! Some may claim that there are too many royal wedding products on the market right now. These people are just jealous that they’re not invited to the greatest wedding of all time. Long live the royal wedding, the queen, the PEZ, the whole damn thing!

Not only are these PEZ dispensers totally amazing, but buying them actually does some good for other humans. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of the one-of-a-kind set go to the Starlight Children’s Foundation. According to the Foundation’s website, they provide “entertainment, education and family activities for seriously ill children in the United States and their families.”

William and Kate have the additional honor of becoming the second people who aren’t fictional characters to have been created into PEZ dispensers. The first were the crew of Orange County Choppers. Really? PEZ has been around since 1927 and the only real living people that they’ve turned into dispensers are three average guys who build motorcycles on reality TV? No presidents, no pop-stars, just the gang from Orange County Choppers. Step up your game, PEZ.

The dispensers go up for auction today (and are at more than £2,000), so get your wallets ready.
