Joe Crowley, who represents New York’s 7th District, took a creative approach to attacking the GOP on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in a presentation without spoken words titled, “Speechless.” Even if it’s not a direct homage to Bob Dylan, it reminds us pleasantly of “Subterranean Homesick Blues.”
