Finally, the weather is warm enough to skip working out indoors and head to the park. Every year, for the past 18 in fact, SELF Magazine host a Workout in the Park where you can choose from a variety of the latest workouts and burn off calories the fun way. It’s sort of like a music festival, which features 17 classes featuring top instruction such as a Glee-inspired dance class, Masala Bhangra, Retro-Robics, and a LaBlast class (based on Dancing with the Stars). All you do is pick which workouts you’d like to do, maybe you’ll end up doing all of them.
