Tired of LES?
Sick of Nolita?
Bored with NoHo?
Furious at FiDi?
Still furious even though it’s now known as SoMa?
Well, get your ass together and move to MiMa!
No, not the modern-art museum.
It’s the neighborhood that stands for “Middle of Manhattan.”
Actually, it’s a luxury tower of rentals and condos at 450 West 42nd Street, but it’s coming to signify that whole neck of the woods.
It’s sort of north of Chelsea Clinton and west of Midtown and part of HK.
Oh, heck, it’s just MiMa and I think it’s just NAGAIS.
(I.e., Not As Good As It Sounds.)
