The Dirty Projectors bassist has a new solo disc due out later this month called People Changes, on which he and a handful of pals weird up the Projectors’ pointillist art-pop with loads of wind-instrument skronk. Tonight, Baldwin will perform all by his lonesome–which doesn’t mean he’ll refrain from weirding anything up. With Spenking and Glass Ghost.
