Although Saturday’s Hester Street Fair kickoff will provide a surfeit of opportunities for outdoor consumption, the Mad. Sq. Mkt. will also do its part to encourage alfresco gluttony. A collaboration between the Madison Square Park Conservancy and Urban Spaces, the vowel-challenged market will return this Friday and remain open through June 3, according to Eater. As it did last year, it will feature many tasty things, this time from the likes of Roberta’s, Momofuku Milk Bar, Asiadog, and Nunu Chocolates. There will also be an Eataly stall, which, depending upon how charitably you view the experience of shopping at the nearby Italian mega-mart, is either redundant or an act of mercy.
