In his new book, Extra Lean Family, the TV hunk advises families to eat that many times because:
A) People — especially kids — don’t want to sit for three big meals a day, so they tend to graze like barnyard animals.
B) Eating only three times a day means way bigger portions, and that’s not good.
C) Eating five to seven times a day has been declared by nutritionists to be “far more effective in keeping your metabolism running high.”
Hey, preach no more, Mario!
In fact, I’ve already been following this healthy, slimming plan for years.
I mean 15 times counts as “at least five,” right?
