Luke Holden has been busy these days expanding his mini lobster-roll empire and even going mobile. But that doesn’t mean he won’t take time out of his schedule to sit down with you and talk shop.

The Luke’s Lobster founder — along with Daniel Mancini of MamaMancini’s Meatballs, Amy Scherber of Amy’s Breads, Daniel Sklaar of Fine & Raw Chocolate, Jon Snyder of Il Laboratorio del Gelato, and Kelly Thomas of Kelso Brewery — will be a panelist on a discussion about starting one’s own food business.
