The Eleven Madison Park cookbook will be released this fall, but it’s not the only Danny Meyer cookbook project in the works. Reps bring word that Clarkson Potter is publishing the Gramercy Tavern cookbook.
Per the release, the book will include savory recipes from executive chef Michael Anthony, dessert recipes from pastry chef Nancy Olson, a narrative from the restaurant’s managing partner Kevin Mahan, and a foreword by Danny Meyer. All in all, the book will feature 125 recipes and 150 photographs. But this long-awaited cookbook is going to require a little more waiting. One and a half more years, to be precise. It’ll hit shelves in the fall of 2013.
