Join chef Josh Capon for an after-work pairing of oysters and wine. For $75, you’ll get a selection of 15 oysters, from both the East and West Coasts, plus snacks, desserts, and accompanying wines selected by Lure Fishbar’s wine director, Natalie Tapken.

Chefs Missy Robbins, George Mendes, Gavin Kaysen, and Michael Laiskonis are among those cooking for this tasting event and auction benefiting Tibetan communities. The cost is $475 a person and includes a four-course meal.

Le Bernardin wine director Aldo Sohm will share food-and-wine-pairings tips for the beach at this informational session. Argentinean wines are perfect for outdoor grilling, it turns out. The event, priced at $125 per person, will be held in the restaurant’s Salons.
