One Tough Cookie Bakery Owner Suing Food Network Over Tough Cookies Show; Korean Grocers Disappearing


The owner of the Greenwich Village baked-goods shop One Tough Cookie has filed a trademark lawsuit against the Food Network for its forthcoming bakery reality show, Tough Cookies.

Meanwhile, new research suggests that eating baked goods that contain milk may help children get over milk allergies (which are not the same as being lactose intolerant).

The new food plate, which replaces the old food pyramid, is called MyPlate and is split into four sections: fruit, vegetables, grains, and protein.
