Peak Organic Beer Dinner

Chef Saul Bolton is cooking up a four-course meal with beer pairings from Maine’s Peak Organic Brewing Company. The meal, $50, will feature dishes like country fried veal sweetbreads and pork loin from Fleischer’s.

Summer of Riesling
Terroir and Hearth
Tuesday, June 21, 7 p.m.
Paul Grieco, native saint of Riesling, is promoting the wine with four-course dinners at the East Village Terroir ($58), Tribeca Terroir ($64), and Hearth ($99).

Taste of Greenmarket

Wednesday, June 22, 7 p.m.
Support the Greenmarket’s Youth Education Project, which connects schoolchildren with farmers and teaches them about sustainable agriculture, by ponying up $225 to sample cocktails and food from some of the city’s top restaurants, such as Gramercy Tavern, the Spotted Pig, and Blue Hill. A $350 ticket gets you access to the VIP tasting at 6 p.m.
