From today until June 29, seven Italian restaurants will give Tuscan wines their moment in the sun.
Sorella, Locanda Verde, L’Artusi, Falai, Bottino, Anfora, and Ciano will all be taking part in Vini Toscana, a series of tastings and menus highlighting Chianti Colli Senesi and Vernaccia di San Gimignano. The former is made mostly from Sangiovese grapes and is often described as fruity and juicy. The latter, a dry white, is one of Italy’s oldest wines, and pairs particularly well with seafood.
