In June, Paul Liebrandt got his moment in the documentary spotlight when A Matter of Taste premiered on HBO. But just because the media turned its attention elsewhere, that doesn’t mean the Corton chef hasn’t been busy. Last week, he tweeted this photo from his upcoming cookbook; if it’s any indication, the finished product will be received with the same rapturous sighs that greeted Modernist Cuisine. And if it contains a recipe for eel and chocolate, so much the better.
