It only takes watching one episode of The Bachelor (or Jersey Shore or Desperate Housewives, the list is endless) to see that humans are hardly rational animals. Which is why tonight’s Moth storytelling contest on the theme of betrayal should be extra juicy. If you have a great true story to tell, put your name in the hat to be a reader. Only 10 readers will be randomly selected to perform before a team of three judges. The winner will go on to compete in the Moth’s Grand Slam tournament at a later date. Be sure to arrive early; the event always sells out.
