This week’s dish was a bit tricky — were they pancakes? Latkes? Johnnycakes? Nope. Instead, the pictured plate was the corn-and-zucchini fritters at Nelson Blue, the New Zealand-centric restaurant just off the South Street Seaport. A simple summery appetizer best enjoyed on their sidewalk patio, with a glimpse of the Brooklyn Bridge in the background.
