Claims that we live in a post-racial society are usually good for a chuckle or two, but in the world of this new play by Terence Patrick Hughes such a claim would be laughable—and not in a funny way. Hughes’s script concerns a country with an extreme version of apartheid, a line separating blacks from whites.
