Since 1999’s “How Do You Like Me Now?” topped Billboard’s country singles chart in March of the following year and heralded a decade of country dominance, Toby Keith has written as many good records as anyone in the genre, maybe in all of music. On Friday he comes to the PNC Bank Arts Center, playing tracks off his forthcoming album and, we assume, more number one hits. After all, he’s got 21 of them. Eric Church opens, likely performing “Springsteen,” his ode to the Boss, in front of the New Jersey crowd.
