No one is about to accuse Red Dawn II of taking themselves too seriously. Take, for instance, their Swayze-inspired band name. Or the why-the-fuck-not looseness with which they attack the noise bursts they call songs. Or how about the two-part suite that the Brooklyn two-piece is best known for: first, “Murdered by a Killer” second, “Killed by a Murderer” ? For what it’s worth, we prefer the former. With Breezin, Dream Police, and Dippers.
